Where we cover

There is nowhere to attend. Everything happens by post and by phone, which is why we can cover the whole country.

The kit is posted to you, you collect the sample at home, and it goes to the laboratory in prepaid packaging. The consultation is by telephone or video.

No courier to arrange and no appointment to attend. You post the sample back in any regular postbox, in the prepaid envelope supplied.

From ordering to a result is usually around a week, plus however long you take to collect the sample.

The part you control is the return. Post it the same day you collect it and the whole thing moves faster, and the reading is more reliable.

If you are outside the UK

We do not post kits outside the United Kingdom. The return packaging is built around UK post, and a sample that spends several days in transit does not give a reliable reading, because haemoglobin degrades over time.
